Ideation session with the team, where their voices were captured to understand their understanding and vision of the company's 5 pre-defined (and registered) values.
Grouped voices and highlighted repetitive voices that needed attention.
Design & Communicate
Created a principle for each grouped voice category based on a thought process (shared below).
Presented the principles to the co-founders, which were approved.
Surveyed the internal stakeholders to vote for the top 10 principles to implement in the company for the next quarter.
